On December 9, 2008 Erik’s was proud to open a twenty-sixth location in Downtown San Jose! Located in the heart of Downtown San Jose, Erik’s of San Jose has the warmth of a traditional Erik’s and the sophistication of a 21st century modern design, which makes for a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
Eriks of San Jose is a fusion of the antique Erik's atmosphere with a modern design and open floor plan.
Erik’s was a local sponsor of Stage 2 of the Amgen Tour of California, which finished in downtown Santa Cruz. The Tour featured the return of Lance Armstrong to competitive racing in the United States. The stage took the riders through downtown Santa Cruz and past Erik’s of Santa Cruz. As a local sponsor, Erik’s provided free sandwich cards and catering to the riders and the media. (www.tourofcalifornia-santacruz.com)
Erik’s DeliCafé provided catering to the hungry cycling media, pictured below, at the Santa Cruz Veteran's Hall and to the riders who came through Santa Cruz during the Stage 2 finish of the Tour of California, Feb. 14-22.
