

At Erik's, our uncompromising Corporate Values of Quality, Consistency, Service and Integrity is the foundation upon which every Erik's DeliCafé is built. These important values have been carried over to our franchise program.
At Erik's, we believe that, in order to grow successfully, we must have the ability to support that growth. And we believe in offering a quality franchise program, in which we do everything we can to make our franchise "partners" successful.

We begin, as we should, at the beginning, with site location assistance. Erik's is there, every step of the way, giving you critical initial advice on site selection, and providing design and layout specifications.

There is formal training at both a classroom and operational level for up to 3 months at an Erik's DeliCafé. Prior to the opening of your DeliCafé, we will also train up to five of your employees for ten days at an existing Erik's DeliCafé. We then personally assist you at your own location for up to ten days to ensure a smooth startup, aid in learning operations, and assist you in establishing standard operating procedures.

Throughout our business relationship, Erik's provides field visits, location evaluations,
management training, consultation, newsletters, and updates of trends and improvements. As you might have imagined by now, we believe your success and ours are mutually
dependent. If you are successful, then we will continue to be successful.
